I had a terrible experience dealing with John, the owner of this business. Bought a scale from him and when I had problems with it, he took his sweet time in handling my issue. It took almost 3 months for me to get an RMA, have it fixed and returned to me. That ate up a good chunk of my warranty. When I tried emailing him, he would make up excuses about not getting my emails. And when I talk to him on the phone, he would make up excuses and lies. Save your time and buy from another company this guy is a joke.
