Review content:
The management staff and the wait staff at Dynasty Seafood were fantastic hosts and the food was fantastic. I hosted a dinner for a group of 13 Chinese diplomats (28 people in total) in one of Dynasty's banquet rooms. Our Chinese guests remarked that the food prepared at Dynasty was the 'best' they had had during their 2 week trip to the US. They even raved that the food was better (and as authentic) as the best food served in Beijing. Even the diplomat's translators (Chinese-American) expressed their personal thanks and high marks for the food and service. Esmond Su, Manager of Dynasty, deserves special thanks for accomodating our event.
Pros: Authenic food, attentive wait staff
Cons: Vallco Mall being remodeling (Oct. 2006) made getting to the restaurant difficult.
