I'm new to the upstate and kept hearing so much talk of skins and how great it is. So finally I went there. It's what you would expect a hot dog shop to look like- a little run down. I ordered a chili-cheese dog (come to find out they dont offer those, and in fact have no cheese in the entire place to just PUT on the chili dog!). The chili is OKAY, but it's mostly just flavorless greasy ground beef that you have to load up with hot sauce to make it have some flavor. If you want a REAL chili dog and/or prefer a "loaded" chili dog- look up Sandy's hot dogs in Columbia (there may be more, elsewhere but I'm not sure). They have cheese there!!
Pros: Normal hot dog joint, decent prices
Cons: Poor service, not-so-great food
