Requested that initials be engraved on the handle of a spoon. Initials were done off-center and in the wrong size. When I spoke with Kathy over the phone, she informed me that she would correct it for no charge. When I rerturned to the store (20 minute drive each way with a baby), she said that there would be a charge. \r The store is cluttered and dusty. \r The other sales represenatives are incredibly rude. I have made 3 visits to the store. Each time that I visit, Nikki is talking so rudely to other customers on the phone that I am embarrassed for her. Not only is she so rude to other customers, but she does so in front of all the visitors in the store. She told one lady on the phone, ""I help so many people each day that I have no idea what your earrings look like.""\r They charge a minimum of $10 for a watch battery. Some of their watch batteries cost $20 or $30! Get smart, and buy your watch batteries at Target or Walgreens.
