Review content:
The owners and managers treat their employees horrable. This company is all about how to pad the owners and managers pockest...AND.....Screw the people that make the company actually run.....\r
They talk down to them, no breaks, lunches are mandatory, no raises, insurance sucks, not a family friendly office.\r
Employees can not clock in before 7:55am. Employees will be written up if they do. How is this helpful to the patients when the first appointments start at 8am. So that means that if you have a doctors appointment you will be waiting for awile. If employees clock in early from lunch or they will get written up. How is this helpful when alot of times nurses have to work thru lunch to keep up with phone calls and office notes.\r
By the way....The office notes are wrong and not complete. Results are not put in the computer in a timely manor if at all. Things are lost alot. Especially forms that are droped at the fromt desk to be filled inand returned to the patients.\r
They feel like they have to spy on their employees by calling people into the office and asking them questions about other employees. If they do not answer the questions they will get written up of something that they decide to mak up about them. \r
They also tend to fire people over the phone or by txt message. What happened to talking to people face to face and actually discussing things this that person. When they do it they have made up something to fire them for. And they do this so they do not have to pay unemployment to them. \r
Talking about pay, their employees DO NOT get raises. They are told that there is not enough money or they will find out about it. At that point you never hear from them regarding the issus again. Paid days off and holidays are all in one bunch. So if you take to much time off to spend with family, or sick days (with kids) they do not pay you for the required days of closing. \r
Holidays...The owners actually considdered not closing for July 4th. Can you believe that a company would do something like that. That is a national holiday to remember the sacorfices our friends, family and ancestors have given to have free country. With the war that has been going on for years now, you would think that people would want to thank our soldiers. What kind on company would not want to acknolage that day.\r
I just wanted everyone to know that it is not only bad mannors from the Doctors but it is ever much in the management and owners also.\r

They are loosing Doctors left and right! Because they prommiss them things but when it comes to putting it on paper and making a contract with the Doctors they can not back up the prommisses. \r

So this company could care less about customer service and employee happyness. This makes for an aweful atmosphire to be seen as a patient and to work as an employee.
