I wanted to respond to the previous comment because I feel we have received a couple of unfair ratings. We are open everyday (including Sundays) from 8-1 and 3-6. I tell that to anyone that calls, it is also on our answering machine. We happen to be one of the only kennels that is open on Sundays. The 'nice woman' that spoke to her on the phone, and the 'woman that turned her away' were both the same person (because it was me). I wasn't rude to her I was just in a hurry because one of my clients needed to be a little late picking up her dogs, and my kitty is very sick and I needed to get to my vet to pick up medication before he left his office. I did explain this to her and also asked her if she could could back, which she said was fine because she lived close by. I was really surprised by the mean comments she made about us. I am giving us 5 stars, because I know my family and I run one of the best, most loving kennels around. Also I don't think it's a bad thing we don't take new clients for the holidays, it means we are doing something right! :-)
