I am a 61 year old male that is better health now then I was at 51,41, maybe even 31. Every annual physical exam since 1/2004 has shown remarkable improvement in all vital areas. Optimum Results is focused on the indivduals progress instead of bringing in a lot of new membership. I thank the kind folks at Optimum Results for coaching me in my fitness goals.\r
