Firstly, i live very local to this establishment and have given it several chances, each time being more of a joke than the last. Last nights effort was the final straw.\r \r I had a friend from overseas over so decided to keep it local, when we first walked in there was only 1 bar tender working, thus explaining the dirty bar top. (When i say dirty, i mean remnants of food, not drink) Having waited a good 5 minutes to get served, we were finally served along with another gentleman who was also having problems ordering his drinks. The bartenders attitude was that of a 10 year old, no customer service at all, extremely arrogant and just very childish.\r When we got our drinks we managed to find one of the very few spaces available which happened to be at the bar. (The spacial design of this venue is appalling) This is where i noticed the cleanliness of the place, the bar tender seemed to summarize when cleaning, missing obvious bits of food, like salad leafs.\r When we ordered our second round, i was amazed to hear the amount was different to the first round by a couple of bucks, cheaper too, when i queried this, i was given some gesture by way of the bar tender just shrugging at me, what does this mean?\r When i was talking to my associate, i noticed the bar tender pouring a glass of Prosecco into a fluted glass, he splashed some of it into a pint of beer, this amused him somewhat as he just laughed, the gentleman who was buying them didn't see it luckily. His whole mannerism about serving seemed to leave several other patrons annoyed, he took the order and turned round rather quickly to sort out, not making eye contact either to see if they wanted something else, leaving the customer waiting to order any additional drinks, his awareness was very poor.\r \r I thought this would have been a good addition to the neighborhood, but it seems its left to its own devices and its a shambles. I can see this place being re-branded into something else very soon due to its poor name. Pros: Its location Cons: The service needs a major overhaul.
