Review content:
I have been to Spitzer's Corner (love the nod to the retired dress shop that was previously in the space) many times with many of my friends and family- for good reason. I was there two night ago and I ate the best burger I have ever had (amazing ground short rib, perfect bun from sullivan street bakery- had to ask!-carmelized onions, Gus' pickles & a touch of Maytag Blue). My fave used to be Corner Bistro's, but my allegience has shifted. Homemade fries were crispy and brown and amazing. A friend had the mussels and they were outstanding and unique with chorizio and peppers- had a tasty kick to them. Do I need to talk about the beer? Best list in the city, cool descriptions. Great times, love watching the worldgo by out of those huge windows. Pros: 40 beers on Tap!, Atmoshphere, Burger!, people watching Cons: They close windows at 12- NYC law?
