By far the worst service I have ever experienced. The bar/restaurant was dead-maybe 25 people tops and it took 45 minutes to get a glass of Sprite and a pint of Pilsner Urquell. When, after 25 minutes I approached the bar tender to complain he said ""sorry about that"", handed me a business card to call the manager, and walked away. He didn't even give me the drinks. Then we got the drinks but the waiter didn't give us change. I honestly think he was trying to keep it because he knew/assumed he would not get a tip. We had to ask for the change on the way out the door. \r

The next day I did call the manager -Hai- and she actually said ""you shouldn't get so stressed out, give me a call the next time you come in and we'll give you great service"". No appologies, no offers, just that response. \r

Oh and I didn't get to try the food because after asking for a menu three times, I still didn't get one. \r
\r
There are a lot of good bars/restaurant in DT Seattle, so this one is to be avoided.
Cons: Service was terrible. Never got to try the food because the waiter didn't bring a menu.
