Review content:
I have been to stitch a few times and have been very happy with the place. The atmosphere is friendly, fun, and engaging. The place is spacious and the bi-level design makes for a way for people to spead out without making things appear sparse. The upstairs level offers a good view of the people below and the huge TVs behind the bar, which are usually broadcasting games of interest. Usually the place is crowded but not overcrowded (translation: perfect). Drinks are well made and reasonably priced. I have only had a few items off the menu, and they were pretty good. The location is fantastic (near Penn station), and I have never had to wait in line at the door--(a big plus, especially in the winter time!) The crowd is mixed with respect to ages and backgrounds, which makes it a good place to link up with old friends or meet new people. I am not sure what some other people who already wrote reviews here were talking about... I have never had, (nor have I ever seen) any problems between staff and customers. \r

Bottom Line: This place is a gem in a city full of overpriced and over-rated establishments. You get good food and drinks, meet fun people, and stumble home happy-- all from one place. What else could you possibly want??
Pros: Ambience, location, crowd, layout, music
