Review content:
I've used Schantz Home Improvement twice, and plan to use them as my go-to contractor for future projects. So far they've repaired a hole in my roof, re-drywalled my kitchen, and wired in new ceiling lights. They won't lowball you with the best bid - instead they will offer an entirely reasonable price for entirely professional work. The office manager, Panida, and the company president, Greg, returned my emails and phone calls promptly. Projects were scheduled in a reasonable time frame. Thorough written bids were provided beforehand - and there were no ""surprises"" on the final bill. All of their subcontractors showed up on time (or even early!) on the right day, carrying the right tools, did their job correctly, and left a clean workspace behind. The guy who did our drywall did such a beautiful mud-and-tape job that he barely had to sand the finished project when it dried.
I'm slowly fixing up an older house that has suffered from years of being ""repaired"" by the lowest bidders who did shoddy work. I trust Schantz to be honest and so far all of their work has held up beautifully (close to 2 years since the first project).
