Review content:
This downtown gallery shows some of the best -- and most avant garde -- art in Eugene. It's a fine local showcase, and the items on display are regularly updated and rotated.
The way the gallery works is that artists submit proposals and accepted shows are mounted for two months of display. They also offer how-to classes and special events, including screenings of movies.
The DIVA website at http://www.divanow.org is just a fantastic look into what you may find on display. There have been some powerful paintings, photos, collages, sculptures and constructed displays.
