Nancy Russell Property Management took care of my home while I was out of the country...the team took care of everything from finding a tenant, doing all the maintenence, paying my property taxes and mortgage. The did all the accounting and book keeping. They were professional yet very friendly even sending me a sympathy card when my father passed away. I found that they cared for my property like it was their own...I would highly reccommed them to anyone looking for a property manager who cares...they actually lower their fees for me when I was having a hard time...and they hand deposited my rental checks at no extra charge and emailed me my monthly statements....I dont know any other companies that do that...Anyway when I read some of the other reviews I was pretty shocked and realized pretty quick that they must have come from a angry tenant...anyway I had a great experience with them.
