Worst dental experience EVER! No personalized service - it's like a cattle call! The ""dental assistant"" that did most of the work was unfriendly and unprofessional... I never saw him once wash his hands and he was bopping back and forth between patients the whole time I was there! I was told that I had a bad infection in a tooth and Dr. Jolstad actually asked me if I wanted him to take the tooth out TODAY!! If you know anything about an abscessed tooth, it should NOT be pulled until all of the infection is gone, after at least a week on antibiotics! Where did this guy get his license?!?! And lastly, they are not ADA wheelchair accessible! There is a ramp further down the strip mall, but there are huge pillars blocking the sidewalk that only leave a small clearance! I'm guessing the positive feedback here came from the doctors themselves, or their employees... I've had better care at a public clinic!
