I went to this salon a while ago and had a great experience. I went back and the stylest i had been going had moved out of state, but because of the previous experience i figured i would try someone else. I ended up with Britney, it was HORRIBLE!! 4 hours for red highlights (they had to bleach my hair first then do the red) and a hair cut. She aruged with me several times through out the time i was there. She didn't listen to how i wanted the color placed. Made a huge mess while doing the color, complained about doing it. Once she finially got to the cut she didn't listen to what i had said, and made me look horrible. A week later the color is almost compleatly faded.\r I like the way the salon feels and the fact that it is layed back, but be aware of who you get, make sure you know they are good, or you may end up feeling and looking horrible.\r ***************************\r Added 9/22\r I recieved a call the day after i wrote the above review telling me that they wanted to let me know that the two week garentee was up that day and that if i wanted to come in a get anything fixed someone had volentered to do it for free. I decieded to go back and it turned out ok. The color looks so much better and isn't fading like before. I also recieved directions on care (it isn't like ""normal"" chemically died hair) that i hadn't recieved before. We didn't do much with the cut, but with the color the way it is supposed to be everything looks a lot better. Overall i think i will try it again, most likely going to Tauna (the person who fixed my hair) and see if i can have a better experience. I think they just need to get rid of Britney due to her inability to do her job, and to deal with people in positive manner even if she doesn't like them. Overall a good salon if you like something that isn't stuffy, just watch out for who you get and if you don't think something is right with your stylist, speak up. Pros: layed back, welcoming Cons: Unreliable stylest, and uncaring stylest, just be careful of which one you get.
