Review content:
the menu that citysearch reviewed is an old menu. the menus change with the seasons (about twice a year), which definately keeps things fresh at the kimmel center. they have a great wine list, the servers are so nice and accomodating, the bartenders are a lot of fun (they also make a mean tiramisu martini!). the food is good- there is definately a ""regular"" crowd here. i would recommend coming here for drinks and appetizers out on the terrace- you can't get a better view of philly anywhere else. the one qualm i do have about cadence is that it is only open when there is a performance in verizon hall. when asked about this, they said that there isn't enough demand to be open all the time. i guess this means that you should go check it out!
