Sport Chalet is okay if you know exactly what you want and precisely where it is. However, if you don't , the customer service is so embarassingly bad that you'll be lucky to find an employee on the floor who doesn't purposely avoid/ignore you. If you do finally snag a salesperson to ask them a question or direct you towards a product, I've found that they know very little about the product and almost always have to ask one or two of their other coworkers in order to formulate a minimally accurate response.\r

I have a Sports Chalet very near to my house and after a couple of frustrating attempts at going there to buy something as simple as cleats or pilates equipment, I will now drive down to Yoga studios in Santa Monica or the South Bay for soccer equipment! \r

Avoid the stress, find somewhere else if you plan on having any questions about the product they carry.
