Yes, the 2 story store is nice. The employees and service, however, are the WORST I've ever encountered in ANY retail environment. In particular, the shoe department, where I'd planned on splurging on a great pair of running shoes, had THE most idiotic ""salespeople"" (if you can call them that). The one employee on the floor was on the phone and even when I'm waving and saying ""I need help"" completely ignores me and continues to talk on the phone. This went on for over 10 minutes while I was waiting. And, he was just one of the winners I had to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM SPORT CHALET. Instead, I found right around the corner, a great sports store called ""Top To Top"" on Lincoln. Found them on the internet and can't say enough good things about them. The service is night & day compared to SC. Spend your money at Top to Top. You won't be sorry.
Pros: if you enjoy painful service, go there
Cons: WORST PEOPLE & SERVICE!!!
