My tire self-destructed on the highway, so needless to say my day wasn't going as planned. My roadside assistance sent Will from Connolly's Towing and I was really impressed with the experience. Will was professional, upbeat and we even shared a few laughs as he did everything he could to better my situation. We ended up towing the car and I only wish I had some cash on me so I could have tipped him - he really deserved it. Thanks, Connolly's Towing! You made a potentially bad day a lot better.
