Review content:
-When excrement (either human or animal) was found in two of the clothes dryers, it took TWO WEEKS for the management to clean it up. Even then, they did not replace the dryers, but used cleaning solution and paper towels to clean the mess up. \r
-If you are lucky enough to catch the manager on the phone, she has been known to hang up on tenants while they are speaking. And if you are lucky enough to fully voice your complaints to the manager, she rarely addresses the problem.\r
-When a tenant voiced concerns to the management about the lack of functioning lights in the apartment complex (currently there are 20 that do not work) and how unsafe this is (as there is currently a serial sexual predator on the loose in Vacaville), the management's response was, ""If you are going to get raped, it doesn't matter if it's dark or light outside."" \r

In addition, the dumpster area is filthy, the neighbors are disrespectful, and maintenance requests are often ignored (or handled by unskilled maintenance workers).\r

Suffice to say, I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. If it were possible to give this complex a negative rating, I emphatically would.
