Review content:
I stopped by Evolve Gym after seeing their electronic sign telling about all the different programs they offer. Boot camps, personal training, weight loss challenges and group training. Regardless of what my goal is, there's something for me. I liked all the modern equipment and range of dumbbells up to 100lbs. Brad is very knowledgeable as a trainer and owner, also works with a nutrition program to make sure I eat right. I think he said something about free nutrition analysis or consulting. So I joined and looking forward to getting the last couple of body fat percentages down and staying ripped!
