I've never regretted so much while doing something that's supposed to be good for health. Before all the promotions and others they are doing with GILT or GROUPON they should state that if you are allergic cucumbers (and its family) you should not do this program as most of their juices have cucumbers. Even after a talk they wouldn't refund so I went ahead and do the cleanse. 1. The juices were down right yucky (I want to use the D word). There were so much lemon juice in most of the juices that my throat felt burning. I am not a novice to cleansing - did 10 days water fast twice, Master cleanse once and so on. This is the most difficult stuff to down. 2. This is NOT going to cleanse you. Eat healthy most of the day and make your own juice fast once or twice a week. That will cost helluva less and do much much better for your body and your wallet. 3. This is a cleaver business scheme that's maximizing the busy, vulnerable new yorkers (especially females). I saw so many fashionistas buying their juices and $10 pesto pasta that's sized more for children in the morning. This is a fad based on vanity. Don't get sucked into this no matter how good Gwenyth Paltrow made it look like.
