Review content:
I have been taking my shih-tzu to Glamour Paws since I got her. I raved about Glamour Paws and their grooming (from their mohawks to their dye jobs to how great she smelled for a week after getting groomed!). However, the last two times I've taken her there, I have been extremely disappointed. The groomer was very sweet, but I am not sure she knew what she was doing. My shih-tzu was groomed like a poodle one time, and this time, they didnt' even cut the hair on the top of her head. Also, she didn't even smell clean when I picked her up this past Sunday. Her ears had definitely not been cleaned. \r I was told that Julia Smoot, the groomer that used to work with her, had left the store. I looked her up on LinkedIn, and she has done a great job fixing the job that Glamour Paws did last Sunday. \r I was a huge fan of Glamour Paws, but I'll be working with Julia moving forward. \r Thanks Glamour Paws, it was fun while it lasted!
