I wanted to try a different martial arts style, and was suprised at the intense work out at the karate class. \r
I used to do karate when I was younger, but I never did the conditioning part. \r
This class warmed up before any karate was started and as I am older, I appreciated being able to streach out first! \r
I expected to do kicking and punching in a karate class, but these insturctors keep up the pace of kicks and punching and in no time I was sweating. \r
The insturctor kept me sweating the entire time with what they called basic technique, so I am interested in trying their class again.
