I've been coming to John for 5 years now. Anytime i'm hit with a computer problem, he's my go-to guy. John is courteous and professional, delivered the promised services, and most importantly, followed through and supported his work. \r

I got to say this place did me good. I needed my laptop repaired and he offered to take a look at it but stated that it would cost me $75.00 overall to diagnose it if I wanted him to fix it. That price would be included in the repair fee. He checked it out in front of me and stated, ""that it would require more time to solve this issue"". I had software issues that required more time to solve. I left my laptop with him and paid him the $75.00. I was contacted that same evening and he said my laptop was fixed. He had found several spyware and viruses that was the cause of the problem. He gave me a print out of the many problems and set me up with free spyware/antivirus protection. It didn't cost me but $25.00 more which was for his time. It was a total cost of $100.00 which was very little of the nightmares that I was experiencing. This guy is very good and I highly recommend him to all. He is a little expensive but you will be very satisfied with his work. When it comes to fixing certain areas that becomes very annoying I don't mind paying the extra fee as long as my problem is fixed. I highly recommend this place for great quality work and great customer service. I am a happy camper.\r

Looked for some computer repair in Orange County because i needed some data recovery service, but i couldn't find anyone in my area. Never the less John was able to get my computer up and running even got files that i thought were deleted a while back. Best experience i could have had getting my pc laptop repair by this guy! Thanks i appreciate your help.\r
Even was able to get my iPhone Repair done as well! Definately recommend to anyone that is in the Orange County area.\r
