I went with this company and paid considerably more than I would have with another company based on the claims they make on their website.\r

They stress on the website how important it is to pre-vacuum and how fast the carpets dry, neither of which occurred. The website claims a 1 hr dry time. When the guys left they said it would be 2 hrs. It ended up the carpets still were not dry 8 hrs later, some were still even damp the next morning. They state on the website that ""Others that have longer dry times from 3-24 hours are leaving 3-24 times more of the bad stuff in your carpet. This is a scientific fact that cannot be disputed."" I'm guessing on average my carpets were left with 15 times more of the ""bad stuff.""\r

They also guarantee on the website to provide ""the most through cleaning available, or it's free."" Not surprisingly, they have refused to give me my money back. After I contacted them to ask for a refund, they told me ""A redo on the floors is what has to be done. Because people today are not honest we have to be given the chance to rectify the situation and document that rectification."" I would never allow this company back in my house. Not to mention, I do not want to further damage the life of my carpet by having them steam cleaned again so soon.
