Small. But has several branches throughout town and acts a hub for the greater Whatcom Co.\r

As with small system it is plaugued by a small budget and some branches in the city and throughout the county have very limited hours of operations. [But the system does have a ""BookMobile"" - cool!]\r
\r
At opening most days at the main library [true in most settings], there seems to be small crowd waiting to get in, either out of the weather or to use the computers.\r
