This salon encompasses the essence of the new term ?fabulosity? all that is fabulous. The moment you walk in you?re greeted by their friendly staff. You?re then swept off to get your hair washed. Tip #1, ask for Jeffery. He gives the best scalp massage in the city. Then you?re off to your stylist. Throughout your service you?re asked if you want a beverage or magazine. I have gotten my hair done by Santa Cruz because her work is flawless. My hair looks great curly or straight. You'll feel like a million bucks after your experience with her. The salon is on 5th Avenue and you certainly get what you pay for and some. If you want a luxurious experience and perfect hair results Salon Santa Cruz is the place to go. Tip #2, the junior stylists are well trained and do great hair for a discounted price.
Pros: location, atmosphere, staff, hospitality
Cons: need more signage on the building, you can walk past the address without noticing, the exterior doesnt do justice to the interior
