I emailed Martin Hollander of Marin that the building he managed did not have heat, that we paid Marin Management to supply heat, and no heat was a year after year constant and continuing winter problem.
This is but one of year after year constant and continuing problems with Marin Management managing our building.
Hollander emailed back ""be grateful for what you have""
