Review content:
For 10 years, my family went to OSJ because the food was very close to authentic PR cuisine on the West Side in a ""titere-free"" restaurant. Last 2 times we went there the food was tasteless and the service was horrible. I felt like we were bothering the staff and believe it or not, the tables seemed even smaller than usual giving us no room. It felt like a lunchonette/diner rather than a restaurant. Dissapointing, but Deportivo is not much better. The place to eat PR food in the city in a nice restaurant right now has to be Sofrito on the East Side. The downside to Sofirto is that they do not currently accept reservations for small parties. We will not return to OSJ. Pros: A Puerto Rican Restaurant Cons: New Owners, Lost Food and Service
