Businiess name:  Midtown French Dry Cleaners

Review content:
I have been using Midtown Dry Cleaners for about one year, mainly to launder my work shirts. Generally happy with their service until now. One recent batch of shirts came back with a ""damp"" smell. The weather in NYC had been particularly damp as of late, so I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt and have the shirts redone. The gentleman point blank refused, saying that he could not detect any smell. I explained that I was a repeat customer and that this was the first time this had happened, and would appreciate the goodwill gesture. No luck. I told him I would take my business elsewhere (if there is one thing NYC has a lot of, it's drycleaners) and he invited me to do so. I hope you have better luck than me.
