Review content:
In a one car household, losing functionality of your vehicle is devastating. Especially on a Sunday when it seems there are absolutely no mechanics open in the citys of Reno/Sparks. Enter Pep Boys. When I called to see if they would be able to take our car today, I was told that they were extremely backed up but they would certainly take the car in and run diagnostics and hopefully be able to work on it tomorrow. Not only did they get it in and run the diagnostic, figuring out what the problem was, but they also got everything resolved on what seemed to be an extremely busy day for them! Tristan even stayed after closing to make sure that he finished the job, and then took the car for a test drive to make sure it was no longer overheating. He really puts the Pep in Pep Boys and we'll defnitely be coming back next time we need anything for our car! Thank you Tristan!
