My transmission failed in my 2001 Ford F250. The folks at Valley Transmission were able to perform fast and thorough diagnostics to get my vehicle repaired. They received the truck late Monday afternoon. Troubleshot Tuesday morning. Parts ordered, rebuilt, reinstalled, and test drove...job completed by Wednesday afternoon. That's a job well-done!
The owner and his family have been an integral business of Spokane since '68; they have over 40 years of experience and community loyalty. I believe the negative reviews posted on this site are unfounded. I've done my homework and the BBB rates this business with an A+...so do I.
If a business owner had a melt-down and berated me, I would report them, in a hurry, to the BBB. No such reports exist for this business.
