American cookies are sweet...Very Sweet! In fact it seems like every cookie, cake or pastry has to taste like candy to be considered good. One Girl is the exception.
Their treats are TREATS not meals, their flavor is about subtle pure ingredients besides the sugar. If you want a sugar cookie go buy a black & white. If you want to taste chocolate that is not milk chocolate and apricots or other old fashioned flavor. Come here. Small, refined perfection.
