I took a very expensive Angora jacket for dry cleaning. I had bought it from Europe and its equivalent here would be something like $600-$700. I had it dry cleaned couple of times in Studio City Five Stars Cleaner, and there was no problem. \r
When I picked it up this time it looked as if I took it out of my laundry machine – all soft and fuzzy hair was as someone had stepped on, half gone, half twisted… \r
I wanted to cry…\r
The guy said: “Probably it was cleaned with synthetics…” I could not believe! Is that the way they treat people’s garments – who cares what with what will be washed/dry cleaned… and what will be ruined...\r
And all he offered me was $32.00 IN STORE CREDIT! \r
I will not recommend this place whatsoever! \r
Pros: Worst service ever
Cons: Expensive jacket - ruined
