I was referred to LB by my attorney. He knew they had been in business for more than 15 years and knew that they had grown during that time. He had heard good things and I think they handled a homeowner's association that one of his family members lived in. In the year LB has managed my properties they have increased rental revenue by 30% for the units they rented which greatly improved the profitability of the properties. They are knowledgable and professional. They have been great and have brought additional value to my property. LB has been responsive and solved each of the problems that was been handed to them quickly, for the most part, and but always professionally. I made a point of sending the person a thank you note for referring me to LB because I was so pleased with the results. I guess you can't ask for much more than that when asking for a referral. My property is doing great and I do not have to spend the time managing the property myslef. While I may be able to squeeze a few more dollars out of theproperty if I managed it myself I certainly would have to give up a great amount of time to do so.
