I have ben living in an LB managed building for the past three years and in those years I've never encounters a pest problem, until one morning when I woke up with a roach on my face! I contacted the management company right away and before I hung up the phone, they already had pest control knocking at my door ready to take out whatever pests were dwelling in my apartment. I can honestly say that after that morning, I havent woken up to another unwanted pest.
