First of all, if you do the math, LB Property really gets a 3.5 STAR RATING....NOT 4 STAR,nor do they deserve the round up to 4 stars. Because of this company, I am considering resigning from my board. I have never had such a frustrating, unprofessional experience in my life. I can be assured that if I try to contact LB regarding any issues, my e-mail will go ignored until I at least send 2-3 e-mails begging them to please respond. I always get a response that our agent has been ""out of the office"" (with no out of the office message on e-mail) or has been ""so busy"". I have asked them to please at least acknowledge my e-mails with ""I am working on it"" and cannot even get that respect. PLEASE APPROACH THIS COMPANY WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!
