I went to Bombay Bistro last Thursday and I was blown away by their food and friendly atmosphere. I had never been a fan of Indian food, so I thought but I was pleasantly surprised. The owner, and hostess was very friendly and helpful in my ordering. He recommended the Chicken Masala and the ""Fork-Tender Boneless Beef Short Ribs"". YUM ! My mouth waters as I think about it. \r

Thanks for a great Meal, even though I live in Denver, I will definitely make the drive and eat at Bombay Bistro again.
