Review content:
I went there after pamper me spa in queens refused to successfully straighten my hair, even though I had paid $300 and went twice. Cutting Edge has a much cooler atmosphere, great customer service and lower prices. The staff really went out of their way to accomodate me even though it was my first visit. I had the Japanese Straightening done and now my hair is smooth and straight-looks great. Also Eden (staff stylist) gave me a super cut, included with the straightening-and now everyone has commented on how gorgeous my hair looks! I would definitely recommend this place and will be going there again!
Pros: Excellent decor, service, prices and they even have evening hours!
Cons: A little hard to get to-parking is difficult there, so I had to take the train and bus
