Review content:
We visited the cafe on 4/22/08. From start to finish, the staff was unpleasant bordering on rude, greeting us with a brusque ""next"" -- no hi, no how are you, no smile. They took our order of two sandwiches, then made us wait for ten minutes while they made one sandwich. Only then did they tell us they were ""out"" of the other sandwich, so we had to re-order and wait again. \r \r (We did wonder how a cafe can run out of sandwiches at 11:30 am -- I guess they don't make all of them fresh.)\r \r The meal was supposed to come with a cookie, which they neglected to include. When we pointed this out, they did not apologize. They did at least give us a cookie, though not the kind we'd asked for. \r \r On the positive side, the two cheese/tomato paninis we ended up with were very good. I wouldn't give htem my money again, though.
