Highly Recommended. Dahn Yoga provides much more than yoga. It has elements of Tai Chi, deep breathing techniques, exercise and stretches, as well as meditation and energy work. Any body condition can be helped, and any one can take part. Private healing sessions are also offered, and special retreats and training are available to members. Try an introductory session for $25 and get an evaluation of your condition. I can't believe the improvement I have experienced in my life since I joined a year ago.
