Businiess name:  Guglhupf Bakery & Patisserie

Review content:
We had been huge fans of Guglhupf until we ordered in advance. Twice, our orders were lost or forgotten. The first time, the item we ordered was in stock so it was no big deal. The second time, my wife's birthday cake simply wasn't made and the bakers had gone home for the day. Bad news! The third time, the cake we ordered tasted 3 days old. I'm sure it was delicious when it was fresh, but it was no better than the stale baked goods at Whole Foods. Pros: Fresh items displayed Cons: Advance orders, Organization, Service
