Review content:
My wife and I were drawn to Rochester Home Equity Inc. (RHE) because we noticed a low interest rate. As first time home buyers with excelent credit rating of 765, we jumped at the chance. We were told that we had to ?LOCK -N? this rate to get the mortgage commitment. After a loss of $4,500.00 because our closing date did not happen within the 60 days of the lock-in rate, we were to told to continue this mortgage agreement we had to lock-in again at an additional $3,440.00.\r
BE WARNED ? You never have to lock-in !!! Do not do business with Rochester Home Equity Inc.\r

Pros: None - everyone talks in circles and never tell you the straight story
Cons: the entire ordeal- at the end they make you feel like it is all your fault for being ignorant of their rules.
