Well, I've rented from JLM in the same apartment for 15 years. Every time I have a work order, they send someone right away. They've always worked with us for everything we've ever had to do. They are the best landlords I have ever had or could ever wish for...I think of them like family. I'm happy with the neighborhood I live in and I live in a multi unit building. Anytime there have ever been problems with any other tenants in the building, they have always taken care of it. I always recommend to everyone to rent from JLM Properties. I give their number out all the time. I always tell the new people in the building if they have a problem to call the office and they will take of it for them. If the coin washer & dryer or my shower needs to be fixed, they always take care of it. I think they're wonderful. \r
Pros: Love the staff
Cons: I don't have any. I can't think of anything bad to say.
