Review content:
I had my vehicle transported from CT to FL, and when it arrived there was a large scratch across the passenger doors from front to back. The driver noted this on the paperwork, as it was an obviously new scratch, and showed me how to submit a claim. As instructed, I took photos and got an estimate and emailed it in. When I didn't hear anything two days later, I called and spoke with Rich Gallagher who first left me on hold for about 5 minutes, then advised me that he received my claim and there was ""nothing he could do about it."" This is a very unreliable and dishonest company that I would definitely NOT recommend.
