Review content:
I started going to Dr Frazier a few years ago. Before that I had been to many specialists because I had progressive nearsightedness as a child. The first time I went to Dr. Frazier I went b/c my dad's insurance went though him. He fitted me for contacts and when I went to look outside to see how they were my eyes literally hurt because everything was so vivid and crisp and clear...I had never seen that clearly before. He is amazing. He does such a good job that even after my dad switched insurance our entire family and many people we'd referred continued to go to Dr. Frazier because we felt it was worth it to pay out of pocket to see him. He is very nice but straightforward. I wanted Lasik but am not a good candidate and he told me it would be a waste of my money and explained why. Also, once I lost my last pair of contacts and couldn't drive or anything. Dr Frazier left his kid's soccer game and his other place he worked at early and came and dropped off contacts for me at the office in a spot where I could pick them up and just told me to come pay whenever I had time the next week. I could have taken off with them for all he new but he went out of his way to help me out. Plus he is the only person in town who stocks contacts in my prescription (I am now a -9.50 in one eye a -9.0 in the other...but mine used to be worse.) Also he will split boxes to help you out and when I didn't have the money to pay but needed new contacts one time he let me pay as I could. On top of all this he remembers birthdays, anniversaries etc and always asks how you're doing. He is a very nice man but an excellent doctor. He is better than any eye doctor I have EVER been to. I now live in Lansing which is quite a ways away but I still make the drive to see Dr Frazier, and pay out of pocket despite having vision insurance because he really is worth it. They also squeezed me in right before my wedding when I needed contacts and they were booked solid. Awesome place. Highly recommend. Pros: flexible, caring, excellent doctor, really takes care of clientel, definately goes above and beyond
