terrible. 1/2 the team was drunk 1/2 the time. I have decided after 5 years that I have to break down and call in my professionals from home, Billerica, MA. My kitchen sink does not regulate the hot water pressure, hasn't since they first showed up.
I asked for a shower install and commented that perhaps it was now illegal NOT to use the valve system. Not to worry they were perfectly willing to skirt the law, and so we now have to worry that each guest is going to scald themselves with the ""plastic"" yes plastic knobs that they used. This work was rinky-dink, not correct, possibly illegal and so very frustrating to have been put through.
Mind you, having these two buffoons under feet for 2 days was not picnic either. Especially at the end of the day to have such very very poor work done.
