Review content:
Probably the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have a deadly peanut allergy and must always check if a restaurant I plan at dining at uses any peanut products. I called this establishment to verify this information and was told by the hostess (or whoever answers the phone) that she has no idea what they use and that she will not be checking for me because they are busy. Um? hello? I then asked to speak to the manager and she spoke for them in saying the same thing over again. She suggested I just ask the waitress after I?m seated. I explained that my party will not be going there if I cannot eat there and she again just said she cannot check for me and that I will have to ask when I get there. That is just completely ridiculous? A peanut allergy is not something new in this day and age and it is extremely sad that this establishment allows for such rude employees who ultimately just end up turning away business.
